About Survivors in Healing Identity

“In God’s eyes I am beautiful, loved, secure, confident, bold and worthy to be His daughter. By faith this is also how I see myself.”

After more than 10 years of leading our SIHI program, our organization—now known as Survivors in Healing Identity—has continued to grow and evolve in how we support survivors of human trafficking. Our founder, Ericka Charbonet, a survivor herself, understands firsthand the challenges individuals face when exiting “the life” and rebuilding their future.

Today, Survivors in Healing Identity provides support through a variety of survivor-centered programs, including restorative services, outreach efforts, and community-based projects designed to meet survivors where they are. Our mission remains rooted in healing, empowerment, and long-term support.
